So, in December 2008 I was hired by New Edge Networks (An Earthlink Company) to do Customer Care. I had always wanted to do technical work. However this job had no technical stuff included, but I did start doing technical stuff…outside my job description and was not being paid for it. So, I decided to look around.
I found Integra Telecom. I start Monday September 20, 2010!
My title is ISP Tech 1. 🙂
